Who we are
Launch My AI Automation Agency (“Launch My,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by AutomateNexus LLC, a veteran-owned company based in Seattle, Washington, USA. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit launchmyaiautomationagency.com (the “Site”) or interact with our application process.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us. When you submit an application, we collect your full name, email, phone number (if provided), background, your reasons for applying, your payment preference, your target start window, and how you heard about us. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
- Automatically collected information. Our servers and our analytics tools record standard log data: IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, pages visited, and approximate timestamps. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to remember preferences and to measure aggregate usage.
- Information from third-party processors. If a third-party service (for example, our email provider) provides delivery or open data on our outbound messages, we may receive that information.
How we use information
- To review applications and decide on engagement fit.
- To communicate with you about your application, your enrollment, or related program matters.
- To send you the requested confirmation and follow-up emails.
- To improve the Site, the application form, and the materials we publish.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of service providers, only to the extent necessary to operate the Site and the application process:
- Appwrite (self-hosted on our infrastructure) — stores application records and other operational data.
- Resend — sends transactional email (application confirmations, internal notifications).
- Coolify (self-hosted on our infrastructure) — hosts the Site and the application API.
- Cloudflare — provides DNS, edge networking, and basic abuse protection for the Site.
- Privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., Plausible or a comparable provider) — measures aggregate Site usage. We do not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
We may also share information with our attorneys, accountants, and similar advisors, or when required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and tracking
We use a minimal set of cookies for essential Site functionality and for aggregate usage measurement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral re-targeting pixels. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; doing so may impair some Site features.
Data retention
We retain application data for as long as needed to evaluate, engage, and serve applicants and clients, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We delete records that are no longer needed.
Your rights
You may have the right, depending on your jurisdiction, to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to delete it (subject to limited exceptions), the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful bases for processing are consent (for non-essential cookies), contract performance (to evaluate and respond to your application), and legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Site).
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us.
Children
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active applicants and enrollees via email.
