The short version

We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, profit, or client acquisition outcome from the Launch My AI Automation Agency program (the “Program”). Individual results vary widely and depend on factors outside our control.

Why we make this clear

The Program is designed to help you build the infrastructure and skills required to launch and operate an AI automation agency. We provide the website, the whitelabel CRM, the templates, the outbound playbook, and 12 weeks of 1:1 mentorship. We cannot, and do not, guarantee that any individual will earn a specific amount, sign a specific number of clients, or achieve any particular financial outcome.

Factors that determine your results

Your results from the Program depend on, among other things:

• The amount and consistency of effort you put into the work.
• How well you follow the playbook, including outbound activity.
• The market conditions in your chosen niche and geography, including the demand for AI automation services.
• Your existing skills, network, reputation, and credibility.
• Your ability to sell, deliver, and retain clients.
• Broader economic conditions affecting SMB spending.
• Many other factors that are outside of our control.

About testimonials, case studies, and figures we publish

Any testimonials, case studies, client engagement values, revenue ranges, or aggregate figures shown on the Site or in our materials represent the actual experiences of specific individuals or specific AutomateNexus client engagements. They are not typical and should not be interpreted as a representation, prediction, or guarantee of what any new applicant or enrollee should expect.

Where we display revenue figures from AutomateNexus (the parent agency), those figures reflect the operating performance of an established agency with prior client relationships, an existing reputation, and several years of operating experience. New enrollees in the Program are starting from zero, and their results will reflect that.

This program is not a get-rich-quick offer

Building an AI automation agency requires real, consistent work. Outbound prospecting, sales conversations, client delivery, and operational management are not optional. Most clients sign their first paying customer between weeks eight and fourteen of active outreach — some faster, some slower, and some not at all. If you are not willing to commit significant time and consistent effort, you should not enroll.

Starting any business carries financial and personal risk. You may invest your time, your money, and your effort in the Program and not recoup your investment. You may not acquire paying clients.
