How many hours per week does this require?

You finish the engagement. You own everything — the website, the CRM, the templates, the tools. No recurring fees to us. You keep running your agency on your own. If you want ongoing support later, we offer that separately.

Is the CRM really mine? Can I sell sub-accounts?

Yes. The CRM is whitelabeled to your agency — your branding, your domain. The reseller license includes unlimited parent accounts, which means you can resell CRM sub-accounts to your clients as monthly recurring revenue. Many clients build significant MRR on top of their project fees this way.

Who owns the website code?

You do, completely. It’s built on Next.js and deployed to your own hosting account (we help you set it up). We don’t lock you in to a platform or maintain control after delivery.

PIF gets priority scheduling (you’ll get your preferred start month) but the sticker price is the same. We don’t discount the 3-pay plan — it’s a financing convenience, not a different product.

Yes. Many clients use business credit cards, personal loans, or SBA microloans. Our 3-pay plan makes that easier because the initial commitment is $3,997, not $9,997.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, on delivery — if we miss the 30-day build window, you don’t pay the final installment until your infrastructure is fully delivered. We don’t refund for effort-based outcomes (i.e., ‘I didn’t land a client’) because those depend on your execution, not ours.

What if I get stuck after the 12 weeks?

The private client community is lifetime — you have access to Erin, current clients, and past clients forever. For hands-on ongoing help, we offer paid extensions: monthly coaching, engagement-specific deal reviews, or done-with-you services.

Is this a get-rich-quick thing?

No. Most clients sign their first paying customer in weeks 8–14. Some faster, some slower. Building an agency takes real work, real outbound, real sales conversations. The engagement shortcuts the setup and the learning curve — it does not shortcut the work.

What if I don’t land any clients?

Then we look at what’s not working. In the 12-week mentorship, we diagnose in real-time — is it your positioning, your outbound volume, your pitch, your pricing, your niche? Most ‘no clients’ situations resolve by week 12 if the work is being done. If not, we’ll tell you honestly.
